Boston Custer (1848-1876.)

Boston Custer, the youngest brother of George A. Custer, joins the family after his birth on Oct. 31, 1848. He was born, just like his older brothers, George and Tom, in New Rumley, Ohio. Boston fought with George’s 7th U.S. Cavalry from 1874 until his death at the Battle of Little Bighorn on June 25, 1876.
